Refund and Returns Policy
At Alagh’s Cakes & Cafe, we bake every product with love and care, and your satisfaction means the world to us. Since our products are freshly made and perishable, we follow the policy below:
Custom Cakes & Orders

Custom and personalized cakes are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.

If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded.
Standard Bakery Items
Due to the perishable nature of bakery items (cakes, pastries, breads, etc.), returns are not accepted once the product has been picked up or delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong order or if your order is damaged upon delivery/pick-up, please contact us immediately.

We will either replace the item or issue a store credit/refund after verifying the issue.

To process this, you must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the product, along with proof (photo).
